Spring/Summer 2007 Graduation Applications
Graduation Applications are due in to the Registrar’s Office on Monday, May 14, 2007. You can obtain the graduation application by going to http://www.govst.edu/appreg/t_registrar.aspx?id=1757 Late applications will not be accepted.
Spring/Summer 2007 Course Changes
Two courses have been added to the nursing courses that are offered for the Spring/Summer 2007 trimester. NURS 304 WA - Conceptual Basis for Professional Nursing, the required first course of the undergraduate nursing program, will be offered at the Kankakee Education Center as a Block 2 course on Tuesdays from 4:30-7:20 p.m. with a required Thursday meeting online. Additionally, NURS 835 - Nursing Administration I, a required course for the graduate nurse administrator track, will be offered as a Block 1 on Wednesdays from 4:30-7:20 p.m.
Please remember to always check the online schedule for up-to-date course listing (this includes changes, number of seats still available, or whether a course is now closed).

Higher Education Day
Wednesday, April 25, 2007 is HIGHER EDUCATION DAY in Springfield, IL.
The faculty union has chartered a bus to transport GSU faculty, staff, retirees, and students.

Congratulations to undergraduates Donetta Lanier and Roslyn Lampkin, and graduate Jennifer Crosby for being recognized as oustanding students in the Deparmtent of Nursing. The Recognition Banquet will be held on April 24, 2007.
