Safe Schools Training at GSU on May 18

The School Counseling track of Governors State University, in cooperation with Depaul University and The University of Illinois at Chicago, is pleased to offer Safe Zone school training for local area school counselors, educators, and administrators who are interested in providing improved academic climate around sexual orientation and gender identity to local area high schools (and junior high schools) interested in endorsing this program.

This free workshop will be offered by Dr. Patrick Finnessy of UIC on Friday May 18th…and please feel free to inform interested participants. For further information or to register, please call 708-235-7362.
