Geography time:

Vanuatu celebrates its 29th year of independence from France and Britain this year on July 30. Where is Vanuatu?

a. South West Pacific Ocean
b. North East Atlantic Ocean
c. Just east of Monee
d. Did singer Olivia Newton-John have anything to do with that?

And the answer is ... a. Vanuatu is an island chain between Fiji and New Caledonia. To date, Olivia Newton-John did not sing about it (that was Xanadu). The GSU Library databases contain mountains of information about the islands, from societal and health factors to art to wildlife. Go to your favorite database and dig in!
