Circulation News - 09/19/2011

(1) Amy (Courtland) Holman from Library Acquisition is working part time in Circulation. She is in charge of Course Reserves. Amy is also taking additional Circulation desk hours.

(2)Library Circulation hired three new students workers who will be trained to work at Circulation desk for evenings and Saturdays. They will also work occasionally during week days. These three students are: Ting Li, Raymond Vasquez, and Antoinette White.

39 Steps Alfred Hitchcock Festival

39 Steps

Like mysteries? How about coming to the 39 Steps Alfred Hitchcock Festival beginning on Friday night, March 25th? A panel discussion of the original book, movie, and play as well as a screening of the film will begin at 7 p.m. in Engbretson Hall. Admission is free and so is the popcorn!

You can continue the fun on Saturday evening in the Center for Performing Arts at 8 p.m. with the play; where you will see 4 actors play 150 different parts. Tickets are still available. For more information, call 708.235.2222 or visit www.centertickets.net.

I remember that I had just pulled into the parking lot at work and couldn't believe what I was hearing on the radio.
